Privacy & data
Our Telegram store uses your Telegram account ID and available profile details to identify your account. Orders, wallet entries, submitted payment references, support messages and uploaded files are used to provide purchases, review payments and resolve support requests.
Optional details
You may save a name, phone number or address in your account. These fields are optional and are encrypted in the store database. You can edit or delete these optional details from Account → Optional contact details. Authorized staff may access them for store support; profile access is recorded without recording the address in the audit log.
Payments and providers
UPI is a manual review process; the store does not collect your UPI PIN. Cryptocurrency transfers are public on their respective blockchains. The store checks submitted transaction IDs using blockchain services. Hosting, Telegram and any provider needed for a purchased product process information under their own terms.
Support and deletion requests
Contact the team through @FUN_STOREBOT for access, correction or deletion requests. Deleting optional contact fields does not delete order, payment, security or audit records. Contact store support for the retention and deletion options applicable to your records.
